The Balmoral Property Group is a family owned and run business, operating in and around Surrey. Our objective is to build good quality homes with a great deal of attention to detail, and ultimately homes that will be enjoyed for decades to come. Our developments are, in the main, fully landscaped and constructed using low-maintenance materials. Internally the properties are fitted out with all the modern fittings and appliances that today's buyers expect, but of a quality normally associated with more expensive homes.
The majority of our homes are acquired prior to completion of building works thus allowing the purchaser to incorporate their own choices of finishes, which ensures that your home will reflect your personality and taste from the day you move in.
